To withdraw after using a bonus at 1GO Plus, finish the wagering or turnover first - a request made earlier cancels the active bonus and the winnings made with it. Then check the cap of your offer, read the Withdrawable, Daily Limitation and Turnover Requirement lines on the withdraw screen, and request no more than both allow. If a withdrawal is late, delay compensation applies: 10% of the amount after 24 hours and 100% after 120 hours.

Step 2: check the cap#
Some offers limit how much of their winnings can become real money:

Step 3: read the withdraw screen#

- Daily Limitation - today’s maximum;

- Commission - the fee on the request;

Daily limits and fees by VIP level#
The daily withdrawal limit rises with your VIP level - ₹300 at VIP 1, ₹5,000 at VIP 5, ₹60,000 at VIP 9 and ₹500,000 at VIP 12. Banks charge a fee on withdrawals, and for VIP players 1GO Plus covers part of it. The full table is on VIP levels .
Verification#
The 1GO Plus terms allow the operator to request photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before granting a withdrawal. Having your details ready avoids a delay at this step.
Timing and delay compensation#
The withdraw screen shows an estimated credit time of 1-3 minutes; the Payment Ticket form says a withdrawal typically lands within 15 minutes, but bank issues can take longer. Neither is a guaranteed time.
