How to pay in and cash out at 1GO Plus

1GO Plus takes rupees through every popular UPI app — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Amazon Pay or BHIM — by scanning a QR code or by IMPS bank transfer, and takes crypto as USDT on the TRON (TRC20) or BSC (BEP20) network. Winnings go out to your UPI ID or bank account and usually land in about 5 minutes. Below you will find all 51 payment methods by group, the steps for a withdrawal and the quick fix for a payment that shows as debited but has not reached your balance. Which 1GO Plus payment method fits you#
- Everyday recharges from your phone — UPI or a QR code from the cashier; the cashier shows an estimated credit time of 1–3 minutes.

USDT is the crypto the 1GO Plus cashier lists by name: pick TRON for TRC20 or BSC for BEP20, then send from a wallet on the same network to the address shown in your order. The coins below each have a guide to addresses, networks and transaction IDs.

How to withdraw from 1GO Plus#
Open Withdraw, add your UPI ID or your bank account number with IFSC in your own name, enter an amount and press the withdraw button. Withdrawals usually land in about 5 minutes; a bank sometimes adds processing time. More on bank details is in the bank withdrawal guide.
Why Withdraw does not go through#
- Withdrawable is the amount you can take out now, and it can be smaller than your total balance.
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first (withdrawal after a bonus).
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum, and it rises with your VIP level.
- Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.
- 1GO Plus may ask for an ID, an address or a selfie before the first withdrawal; having them ready keeps the request moving.
Money left your bank but the balance did not change#
- Give the order a few minutes — the cashier shows an estimated credit time of 1–3 minutes.
- Open the payment in your app and copy the UTR (Ref No).
- Use Submit UTR under the matching order; the UPI guide shows where each app keeps the UTR.
- For a late withdrawal, the Payment Ticket form takes a PDF bank statement from the withdrawal time onwards.
- Anything else goes to bonus support with the order ID and time.
The Payment Guarantee pays for slow payments: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute deposit delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours; for withdrawals, 10% after a 24-hour delay and 100% after 120 hours.
