How an Amazon Pay recharge works at 1GO Plus
Look at your Amazon Pay balance and UPI first, pay, and keep the payment number.
1GO Plus lists Amazon Pay among its recharge options: choose Amazon Pay in the cashier, enter the amount and confirm the payment in Amazon Pay. Before you pay, the Amazon Pay section of the Amazon app shows your balance and your linked UPI, so the amount is ready when you open the cashier. Your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically. If the payment is debited but 1GO Plus shows no change, the payment number from your Amazon Pay history settles it through Submit UTR or a Payment Ticket. Winnings go to your UPI ID or bank account (account number plus IFSC) and usually land in about 5 minutes. Every other option is in all payment methods.
How to recharge 1GO Plus with Amazon Pay#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
- Under Method, choose Amazon Pay.
- Enter the amount; your cashier shows the amounts and options available to you.
- Confirm the payment in Amazon Pay.
The deposit and your first-deposit bonus are credited automatically.
Check your Amazon Pay balance first#
Open the Amazon app and go to the Amazon Pay section: it shows your Amazon Pay balance and your linked UPI on one screen. Keep the recharge amount ready there before you open the cashier, so the confirmation goes through the first time.
Pay from an Amazon account in your own name#
Sign in to the Amazon account that carries your name, matching your 1GO Plus profile, before you open the cashier. The Amazon Pay balance and UPI you pay with then belong to the right person from the start.
Amazon Pay balance or Amazon Pay UPI?#
Amazon Pay has two sides, and each leaves its own record in your payment history.

Choose the side by what you hold: the balance when your Amazon Pay wallet is already funded, UPI when you prefer to pay straight from the bank. Both lead to the same recharge.

Amazon Pay debited the money but 1GO Plus shows no change#
- Read the status of the order in the cashier and of the payment in Amazon Pay.
- Open the payment in your Amazon Pay history and find its number: the UTR for a UPI payment, the transaction number for a payment from the balance.
- Submit UTR under the matching order for a UPI payment, or attach a screenshot to a Payment Ticket for a payment from the balance.
- Still waiting? Send the order ID, the time and the payment number to bonus support.
UTR is the 12-digit reference every UPI payment receives; the cashier uses it to find your money.
Keep your payment number handy#
Take a screenshot of the Amazon Pay payment right after you pay. It shows the amount, the time and the payment number, so the number is on record even before you need it for Submit UTR or a Payment Ticket.
Amazon Pay shows pending#
One order takes one payment, so wait for the final status before paying again. A failed debit returns to your Amazon Pay balance or bank account, and a successful one reaches the order. The Payment Guarantee covers delayed deposits with compensation of up to 100% of the amount.
Withdraw from 1GO Plus to your UPI ID or bank account#
- Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
- Enter the details exactly as your bank or UPI app shows them.
- Request an amount within Withdrawable and press the withdraw button.
Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes, and a bank sometimes adds processing time. Amazon Pay is where the recharge starts, and your UPI ID or bank account is where winnings arrive.
Turnover Requirement: how to open Withdraw#
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it and Withdraw opens. See wagering requirements.
- Withdrawable is what you can take out now and can be smaller than your total balance.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and grows with your VIP level.
