How to recharge 1GO Plus with American Express#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
- Choose American Express and an amount.
- Enter the card number and the security code on the payment page.
- Approve the payment with SafeKey and wait for the balance to update.
Where is the 4-digit code?#
On an American Express card the security code has four digits and sits on the front, close to the number, instead of the three digits on the back that other networks use. Charge card or credit card, the steps stay the same.
SafeKey: approve in the American Express app or with an OTP#
SafeKey is the 3-D Secure check of American Express: the card holder confirms the payment with an OTP or with an approval in the American Express app. The OTP goes to the mobile number held on your American Express account, so keep your contact details there up to date. Stay on the payment page until it shows the result.
Declined? Check card controls and available spending#
Because American Express is usually the issuer of the card as well, the answer sits in one place — your American Express app or online account. Look at the card status and the online use settings, make sure the amount fits your available spending and the name on the card matches your 1GO Plus account. The number on the back of the card connects you to American Express directly. After that, open a new order in the cashier and pay again.
Payment status in your American Express app#
A card payment appears in the American Express app as pending first and as billed later. Meanwhile follow the order status in the cashier: the balance is credited after the approval reaches 1GO Plus. If the order status stays as it is, open a Payment Ticket with a screenshot of the payment or send the order ID to bonus support.
The Payment Guarantee covers slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours.
Primary or supplementary card?#
Pay with the card that carries your own name. A primary card works, and so does a supplementary card issued in your name. It keeps the deposit and any later identity check simple.
Cash out after an American Express recharge#
Your card pays in; your first payout goes to a UPI ID or a bank account that carries your name, and it usually lands in about 5 minutes.
- Under Withdraw, choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
- Enter an amount up to Withdrawable.
- Confirm the request. For the first payout, 1GO Plus may ask you to confirm your identity.
Limits on the Withdraw button#
- Turnover Requirement is bonus turnover still open; finish it first, as withdrawal after a bonus explains.
- Withdrawable may be lower than the total balance.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level. A deposit wagered once makes the payout free of commission.
