How bank withdrawals work at 1GO Plus
Your winnings go to a bank account in your name: add it once with its IFSC, withdraw within your limits and trace a late payout with a statement.
Your 1GO Plus winnings can go straight to your bank account: open Withdraw, choose Bank Account, tap Add Account, enter the account number with its IFSC and request an amount within Withdrawable. A withdrawal to your UPI ID or bank account usually lands in about 5 minutes, and your bank’s own processing can add some time. If a payout is approved but has not appeared in your bank, a Payment Ticket with your bank statement traces it. This page covers the IFSC, the steps and the fixes; for every other method see all payment methods.
How to add your bank account and withdraw#
- Open Withdraw and choose Bank Account as the place to receive your money.
- Tap Add Account and enter your account number and IFSC. The form checks the IFSC as you add it.
- Read Withdrawable and Daily Limitation, then pick an amount within both.
- Press Withdraw INR and confirm.
Use a bank account in your own name, and compare the account number and IFSC with your bank app before you press the button. The saved account stays on the withdraw screen for your next cash-out.
Check before you press Withdraw INR#
- The account number matches your passbook or bank app, digit by digit.
- The IFSC belongs to the branch that holds the account.
- The amount sits within both Withdrawable and Daily Limitation.
- The Turnover Requirement line shows your bonus turnover is complete.
A minute spent on these four points is usually all a smooth payout needs.
What is an IFSC code and where to find it#
An IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) identifies the branch where your account is held. It has 11 characters: four letters for the bank, a zero, then six characters for the branch. You can read it:
- in your cheque book and passbook,
- in your bank app, under the account details,
- on your bank’s branch details.
Many banks also print the IFSC at the top of an e-statement. If you hold more than one account, take the code from the account you are adding, because an IFSC follows the branch. Type it as one continuous string; the form checks it for you.
IFSC shows an error#
Compare all 11 characters and the account number with your bank app, one character at a time, and enter them as one continuous string. Letters and digits matter, and the fifth character is a zero. If the form still shows the error, bonus support will help with the next step.

How long does a bank withdrawal take#
A withdrawal to your UPI ID or bank account usually lands in about 5 minutes. Your bank’s own processing can add time, so give the payout a little room before you check your statement.
Withdrawal approved but not in my bank#
Work through it in this order:
- Allow the usual time. A payout lands in about 5 minutes, and your bank’s own processing may add some.
- Look at your statement and bank SMS. The credit can appear under the 1GO Plus payout of that moment.
- Open a Payment Ticket. Attach your bank statement as a PDF, starting from the time you created the withdrawal.
- Add the order ID and the time of the request so support can match the payout quickly, and send anything else to bonus support.
The Payment Guarantee covers late withdrawals as well: 10% of the amount after a 24-hour withdrawal delay and 100% after 120 hours.
Why Withdraw does not go through#
- Withdrawable can be smaller than your total balance — it shows what you can take out now.
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as explained in withdrawal after a bonus and turnover terms.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level.
- Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.
- Keep your ID details at hand: 1GO Plus may ask for an ID, an address, a selfie or a call before a withdrawal.

Bank account or UPI ID?#
Both routes lead to the same balance and the same bonuses, so choose the one that is easiest for you. A bank account suits you when you want the money in the account that already holds your savings and shows up in your statement and SMS alerts; a UPI ID suits you when you prefer one short handle to type.
| If you want | Pick |
|---|---|
| Your winnings in the bank account you use every day | Bank account with IFSC (this page) |
| One short line instead of an account number | UPI ID — see UPI ID withdrawals |
| To recharge from the bank in the first place | IMPS bank deposits, NEFT timing and deposits or Net Banking guide |
After your payout lands#
Check the credit in your bank app and keep the order ID for your records. When you play again, the cashier opens from the + next to your balance, and every bank recharge adds 2% Free Cash and 3% Bonus — see recharge bonus. Bank recharges and bank cash-outs fit together: pay in through IMPS, NEFT or Net Banking, then take your winnings back to the same account. Your first recharge also brings 37% cashback and cash gifts of up to ₹1777 — see first deposit cashback — and a Weekly Pass starts from ₹300 and is worth up to 160% of its price over 7 days.
