How a Diners Club payment works at 1GO Plus
Your partner bank approves the payment, so its app is where the OTP, the online settings and the bill live.
1GO Plus accepts Diners Club from players in India. Choose the card in the cashier, use one issued in your own name and confirm the payment with your bank. In India a Diners Club card comes through a partner bank, and that bank approves the payment and sends the OTP. The balance updates once the bank approves, bonuses are added automatically and winnings go out to your UPI ID or bank account. If a payment stops or the balance waits, the sections below tell you which bank to ask and what to send. Other options are in all payment methods.
How to recharge 1GO Plus with a Diners Club card#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
- Choose Diners Club and an amount.
- Enter your card details on the payment page.
- Confirm with your partner bank’s OTP or in its app.

Which bank handles my Diners Club card?#
The name of the partner bank is on the card, in its app and on your statement. That bank approves each payment, sends the OTP, keeps your limits and online settings and bills you if the card is a credit card. In the 1GO Plus cashier, Diners Club names the card network; the decision on every payment sits with your bank, so its app and its helpline are where answers live.
ProtectBuy OTP and online settings#
ProtectBuy is the 3-D Secure check of Diners Club: your bank sends an OTP to the number registered with it, or asks you to approve the payment in its app. To switch on online payments, open the card app or internet banking of your partner bank, go to card controls and turn on online use — and international use, when your app lists it as a separate setting. A changed mobile number is updated in the bank, and the OTP follows the new number.
Payment stopped or charged and waiting: who to ask#
- The payment stopped at the bank. Ask your partner bank first, since it takes the decision. After the settings are set, open a new order and pay again.
- The amount was charged and the order status stays as it is. Open a Payment Ticket with a screenshot of the payment, or send the order ID and time to bonus support.
The Payment Guarantee covers slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours.
Your card, your name#
Pay with the Diners Club card issued in your own name — that is the one condition for your profile, and it keeps the deposit and any later identity check simple.
When the recharge shows up on your card bill#
For a credit card, the payment appears as pending first and as billed later, following the billing cycle of your bank, and you pay the bill with the bank. Compare the amount and the date on your bill with the screenshot of your payment, and the line is easy to match to your order.
Cash out to your UPI ID or bank account#
Winnings go to a UPI ID or a bank account in your own name, and withdrawals there usually land in about 5 minutes.
- Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
- Request an amount within Withdrawable.
- Confirm the request.
Why Withdraw does not respond#
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as explained in withdrawal after a bonus.
- Withdrawable can be lower than your total balance.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level. Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.

Diners Club, American Express or JCB?#
| Your card | Who approves the payment |
|---|---|
| Diners Club | Your partner bank, as described on this page |
| American Express | Usually American Express itself, which is also the issuer |
| JCB | An Indian partner bank or an overseas bank, with currency conversion on the statement |
Visa holders can read the Visa card guide. Your first recharge brings first deposit cashback, and the recharge bonus, the Weekly Pass and the welcome bonus follow.
