1GO Plus Freecharge: Recharge, Track the Payment and Cash Out

Freecharge is one of the ways to recharge 1GO Plus from India, and the ₹100 sign-up gift makes it an easy first step for new players. Pick Freecharge in the cashier, enter the amount and confirm the payment in the app; your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically, and the amount and options available to you appear in your own cashier. If Freecharge shows the debit while the order is waiting, the payment number from the app’s history and Submit UTR (or a screenshot in a Payment Ticket) settle it. How to recharge 1GO Plus with Freecharge#

Freecharge shows the debit but the 1GO Plus order is waiting#

1. Read the status of the order in the cashier and of the payment in Freecharge.
2. Open the payment in the Freecharge app’s history and find its number.
3. Submit UTR under the matching order, or attach a screenshot of the payment to a Payment Ticket.
4. Still waiting? Send the order ID, the time and the payment number to bonus support.

Freecharge shows pending#

One order takes one payment, so wait for the final status before paying again. The Payment Guarantee covers a delayed deposit with compensation of up to 100% of the amount.

Freecharge UPI or wallet: which record to send#

Freecharge works as a wallet and as a UPI app, and each way leaves a different record in the app’s history. Either one settles the order.

Withdraw from 1GO Plus to your UPI ID or bank account#

1. Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
2. Enter the details exactly as your bank or UPI app shows them.
3. Request an amount within Withdrawable and press the withdraw button.
