How IMPS works at 1GO Plus
IMPS lets you start a bank recharge at any hour; below are the steps, the UTR check for a debited payment and your cash-out routes.
1GO Plus takes rupees through IMPS — a transfer from your own bank account, started in your bank’s app at any hour of the day or night. Choose IMPS in the cashier, pick an amount within the limit your bank shows and approve the transfer with the order details on screen; the balance and your first-deposit bonus are then added automatically. If money leaves your account but the balance stays the same, the UTR from your bank app settles it under Submit UTR. Winnings go back to your UPI ID or bank account. For every other method see all payment methods.
How to recharge 1GO Plus with IMPS#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open the cashier.
- Choose IMPS among the payment methods.
- Enter an amount within the limit your bank app shows.
- Open your banking app and confirm the transfer, following the order details on screen.
IMPS is the Immediate Payment Service run by NPCI, and it moves money from one bank account to another. Once 1GO Plus receives the transfer, the recharge and your bonus are credited automatically.
Which bank account can I use#
Pay from a bank account in your own name. It keeps the deposit and any later verification simple, and it puts the transfer in your own app, where the UTR is easy to find.

IMPS limit: how much can I recharge#
Your bank sets the IMPS limit and shows it in its app, so look at the figure there and choose an amount inside it in the cashier. Because IMPS runs 24/7 — nights, Sundays and holidays included — you can plan a larger recharge for whenever it suits you.
IMPS is also the natural next step when your UPI app reaches its own daily limit: the same recharge goes bank to bank instead. The UPI guide shows how the two routes compare.
Money debited but the balance did not change#
- Check the order. Open the order in the cashier and read its status.
- Find the UTR. It sits in the transfer history of your bank app and in the bank SMS.
- Submit UTR under the matching order. The cashier matches the reference to your recharge.
- Open a Payment Ticket. Attach a screenshot of the payment.
- Still waiting? Send the order ID, time and UTR to bonus support.
What is a UTR number#
A UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is the reference number of a bank transfer. Your bank app lists it with the payment — sometimes under the name Ref No or transaction ID — and the bank SMS carries it too. Paste it into Submit UTR and the cashier links the transfer to your recharge. The field sits under the order you paid, so pick the right one when you have several recent orders.
IMPS transaction pending#
Wait for the final status in your bank app. A failed debit returns to your account, and a successful one reaches your order through Submit UTR. One payment per order keeps everything easy to trace.
The Payment Guarantee covers slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours.
Cash out after an IMPS recharge#
Winnings go to your UPI ID or your bank account (account number and IFSC) in your own name — the cash-out routes of 1GO Plus for India. Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes, and your bank’s own processing can add a little time. Adding a bank account and finding its IFSC are covered step by step in the bank withdrawal guide.
- Open Withdraw and choose where to receive the money — your saved UPI ID or your Bank Account.
- Request an amount within Withdrawable and today’s Daily Limitation.
- Press the withdraw button and follow the order in the cashier.
Why Withdraw does not go through#
- Withdrawable can be smaller than your total balance — it shows what you can take out now.
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as explained in withdrawal after a bonus.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level.
- Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.

Tips for a smooth IMPS recharge#
- Read the limit in your bank app before you choose the amount.
- Keep the bank app open until the transfer shows its final status.
- Save the bank SMS; it holds the UTR if you ever need Submit UTR.
- Use one payment per order, and open a new order for the next recharge.
