How a JCB payment works at 1GO Plus
The issuing bank behind your JCB card approves the payment, so every setting starts there.
JCB is a card network based in Japan, and 1GO Plus takes JCB cards from players in India. Pick the card in the cashier, use one issued in your own name and approve the payment with the OTP of your issuing bank. That bank can be an Indian partner of the network or a bank abroad: either way it approves the payment and holds your settings. Balance and bonuses arrive after approval, and winnings go out to your UPI ID or bank account with IFSC. Other options are listed in all payment methods.
Which bank issued your JCB card?#
The name of the issuing bank is in its app, on your statement and on the card. Whether it is an Indian partner of the network or a bank abroad, that bank approves each payment, sends the OTP and keeps your limits and online settings. JCB names the network, so a question about a payment goes to the bank behind the card.
How to recharge 1GO Plus with a JCB card#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
- Choose the JCB card option and an amount.
- Enter your card details on the payment page.
- Confirm with the OTP or in your banking app.
J/Secure#
J/Secure is the 3-D Secure check of JCB. The OTP goes to the number registered with your issuing bank, or you approve in its app. Keep that phone with you while you pay.

Card currency and the amount on your statement#
When the currency of your card differs from the currency of the payment, your issuing bank converts the amount at its own rate, and the statement shows the converted figure. The number can therefore differ from the amount in the cashier. Match the payment by its date and by the converted amount, and the line belongs to your order.
Declined? Check online settings#
- Online use — switch it on in the app of your issuing bank.
- International use — switch it on too when your app lists it separately; a card from abroad often needs it.
- Daily online limit — raise it when your recharge is above it.
- Card status and name — the card is active and the name matches your 1GO Plus account.
Then open a new order in the cashier and pay again.
Charged but the balance has not changed#
- Wait for the bank’s approval and follow the order status in the cashier.
- Compare the converted amount and time on your statement with the payment.
- Open a Payment Ticket with a screenshot of the payment.
- Send the order ID and time to bonus support.
The Payment Guarantee covers slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours.
Cash out when your card is from abroad#
Winnings go to a UPI ID or a bank account with IFSC in your own name — the payout routes of 1GO Plus for India, whichever country your card comes from. Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes.
- Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
- Request an amount within Withdrawable.
- Confirm the request. Before a cash-out, 1GO Plus may ask you to confirm your identity.
Why Withdraw does not respond#
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as explained in withdrawal after a bonus.
- Withdrawable can be lower than your total balance.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level. Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.
