How to recharge 1GO Plus with Jeton#
- Load Jeton with the amount you planned, using the options inside the wallet.
- Tap the + next to your balance to open the cashier, pick Jeton and enter the amount.
- Confirm the payment in Jeton; the screen shows the amount and any currency conversion.
- Your balance updates when the order completes, and the first-deposit bonus is added automatically.
Three quick checks before you pay#
- Name. Pay from a Jeton wallet in your own name.
- Verification. Jeton verifies your wallet inside Jeton.
- Amount. The confirmation screen shows the amount and the conversion, so compare it with your order before you approve.
Jeton balance went down, but 1GO Plus shows the old balance#
The order closes when both sides show the same payment, and this short checklist gets you there:
- Open the order page: it shows the expected time and when to contact support.
- Find the operation in your Jeton history and take a screenshot.
- Stay on the same order instead of paying again.
- Open a Payment Ticket under the order and send the screenshot.
- Still waiting? Write to bonus support with the order ID and the time.

Cash out after a Jeton recharge#
Winnings go to your UPI ID or bank account, the cash-out routes of 1GO Plus for India. Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes, and your bank may take a little longer.
- Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC), in your own name.
- Check the details and use Edit if something needs a fix before the request.
- Request an amount within Withdrawable and press the withdraw button.
Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission. 1GO Plus may ask for an ID, an address proof or a selfie before a withdrawal.
Why Withdraw does not go through#
