How a Mastercard payment reaches your balance
Authorisation, credit and the statement line are three different moments; here is what each one means.
1GO Plus accepts Mastercard from players in India: choose the card in the cashier, use one issued in your own name and approve the payment with your bank. The path has three moments — your bank authorises the payment, 1GO Plus credits the balance after that authorisation, and the line appears on your statement. Bonuses join the balance automatically, and winnings go out to your UPI ID or bank account. When your banking app says “authorised” and the balance is still on its way, the status table below shows where you are. Other options are listed in all payment methods.
How to recharge 1GO Plus with Mastercard#
- Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
- Choose Mastercard and an amount.
- Enter your card on the payment page.
- Approve the payment with your bank and watch the order status.
Mastercard debit or credit#
With a debit card the amount leaves your account, and the bank usually holds it first. With a credit card it comes from your limit and joins the card bill. The steps are the same, and the card should carry your own name. If your bank stops the payment, the bank declined checklist on the Visa page covers online use, the daily online limit and card status — the same four switches apply to Mastercard.

Authorised by the bank, credited by 1GO Plus: what each status means#
| Where you look | What you see | What it means | Your move |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your banking app | Pending or authorised | The bank approved the payment and set the amount aside | Keep the message or a screenshot |
| The cashier | Order status and balance | 1GO Plus credits the balance after the authorisation reaches it | Follow the order status |
| Your card statement | Posted or billed | The payment is booked on your account or card bill | Match it by amount and date |
| Payment Ticket | A screenshot of the payment | Support compares it with your order | Open it when the order status stays unchanged |
The Payment Guarantee covers slow deposits: 1% of the amount after a 3-minute delay, 10% after 2 hours and 100% after 4 hours.
A pending charge on your card: when the bank releases it#
A bank shows a card payment as pending while the amount is held. When a recharge stops before it completes, the bank releases that hold itself, and the timing is set by your bank. While your order is open, let it finish: a new order is a new payment, so start one only when you want to recharge again.
Why the statement shows a different name#
Card payments run through a payment processor, so the line on your statement may show the processor’s name instead of the brand. Search your statement by the amount and the date. The payment belongs to your order in the cashier, and a screenshot of it is all a Payment Ticket needs.
Declined or stuck at Identity Check#
Mastercard Identity Check is the 3-D Secure step: your bank sends an OTP to the number registered with it, or asks you to approve in its app. When the check stops, look at two settings in your banking app — online use and the daily online limit — and switch them on or raise them. Then start a new order. The full checklist is on the Visa card guide.
Withdraw after a Mastercard recharge#
Winnings go to your UPI ID or bank account, and withdrawals there usually land in about 5 minutes.
- Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
- Enter an amount within Withdrawable.
- Confirm the request.
Why Withdraw does not respond#
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as described in withdrawal after a bonus.
- Withdrawable can be lower than your balance — it is the amount you can take out now.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level. Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission; the rules are in wagering requirements.

Mastercard, Maestro or Visa?#
| Your card | Read |
|---|---|
| Mastercard | This page: authorisation, pending charges and the statement line |
| Maestro | Maestro card guide: a debit card on the Mastercard network |
| Visa | Visa card guide: debit or credit and Visa Secure |
If something stays open after all this, send the order ID to bonus support. Your first recharge also brings first deposit cashback and the recharge bonus; a phone-app alternative from the same bank account is UPI.
