1GO Plus MobiKwik: Wallet Recharge, Order Status and Withdrawal

MobiKwik is one of the ways to recharge 1GO Plus from India. Pick MobiKwik in the cashier, enter the amount and confirm the payment in the app; your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically, and the amount and options available to you appear in your own cashier. If MobiKwik shows the debit while the order is still waiting, the payment number from the app’s history, together with Submit UTR or a screenshot in a Payment Ticket, settles it. Winnings are paid to your UPI ID or bank account, the cash-out routes of 1GO Plus for India, and usually land in about 5 minutes. Every other option is in all payment methods.

How to recharge 1GO Plus with your MobiKwik wallet#

1. Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
2. Under Method, choose MobiKwik.
3. Enter the amount shown for you in the cashier.
4. Confirm the payment in the MobiKwik app.

The deposit and your first-deposit bonus are credited automatically.

Have the amount ready#

MobiKwik is a wallet-first method: the money sits in the wallet before you pay. Top the wallet up to the recharge amount ahead of time, then open the cashier. With the wallet funded, the confirmation in the app is a single step and you return to 1GO Plus with the order paid.

Pay from a MobiKwik account in your own name#

Top up and pay from the MobiKwik wallet registered in your own name. When the wallet name matches your 1GO Plus profile, the deposit and any later verification stay simple.

MobiKwik shows the debit but the 1GO Plus order is waiting#

1. Read the status of the order in the cashier and of the payment in MobiKwik.
2. Find the payment in MobiKwik’s transaction history and open its details.
3. Submit UTR under the matching order if the details show a UTR, or attach a screenshot of the payment to a Payment Ticket.
4. Still waiting? Send the order ID, the time and the payment number to bonus support.

Find the payment in MobiKwik#

Open the transaction history in the MobiKwik app (the Passbook), tap the 1GO Plus payment and read its details: status, time, amount and reference numbers. Keep this screen open while you fill in Submit UTR.

Which number to use#

UTR is the 12-digit reference every UPI payment receives; the cashier uses it to find your money.

MobiKwik shows pending#

One order takes one payment, so wait for the final status before paying again. The Payment Guarantee covers a delayed deposit with compensation of up to 100% of the amount.

Withdraw from 1GO Plus to your UPI ID or bank account#

1. Open Withdraw and choose Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID) or Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC).
2. Enter the details exactly as your bank or UPI app shows them.
3. Request an amount within Withdrawable and press the withdraw button.

Open Withdraw after a MobiKwik recharge: three numbers to check#

• Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; see wagering requirements.
• Withdrawable is what you can take out now and can be smaller than your total balance.
• Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and grows with your VIP level.
