How Net Banking works at 1GO Plus
You choose Net Banking in the cashier and finish the payment on your bank’s own page; below are the steps, the OTP and what to do if the balance lags.
Net Banking is available at 1GO Plus for players in India: choose Net Banking in the cashier, enter the amount and your bank, log in on your bank’s own page and approve the payment with the OTP. Your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically, and winnings go to your UPI ID or bank account, usually landing in about 5 minutes. If money is debited but the balance stays the same, the reference from your bank SMS or statement and Submit UTR settle it. For every other method see all payment methods.
How to pay 1GO Plus with net banking#
- Tap the + next to your balance and choose Net Banking in the cashier.
- Enter the amount.
- Select the bank your account is with.
- Log in on your bank’s page and approve the payment with the OTP.
- Return to 1GO Plus, where your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically.
Which bank account to use#
Pay from a bank account in your own name. It keeps the deposit and any later verification simple, and the OTP arrives on the mobile number registered with your own bank.

OTP and the bank page#
Your net banking password and OTP belong on your bank’s own page. The cashier asks only for the method, the amount and your bank; the bank page takes care of the login and the confirmation.
The OTP comes from your bank to your registered mobile number. Need a fresh one? Request it on the bank page, or open a new order in the cashier and start the payment again.
Bank limit#
Your bank sets the limit for online payments and shows it in its net banking, so choose a cashier amount inside that figure. For a larger recharge, IMPS bank deposits and NEFT bank transfers are the other bank routes of the same cashier.
Money debited but the balance did not change#
- Check the order status in the cashier.
- Find the reference. The UTR or Ref No sits in your bank statement and in the bank SMS.
- Submit UTR under the matching order. The cashier matches the reference to your recharge.
- Open a Payment Ticket. Attach a screenshot of the payment.
- Still waiting? Send the order ID, time and reference to bonus support.
Payment shows pending at my bank#
Wait for the final status in your bank’s net banking. A failed debit returns to your account, and a successful one reaches your order through Submit UTR. One payment per order keeps everything easy to trace.
Cash out after a Net Banking recharge#
Winnings go to your UPI ID or your bank account (account number and IFSC) in your own name — the cash-out routes of 1GO Plus for India. Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes, and your bank’s own processing can add a little time. Your net banking login serves the recharge, while the cash-out runs from the Withdraw screen. The UPI route is in the UPI, QR and UTR guide, and the account form is described in the guide to cashing out to your bank account with IFSC.
Why Withdraw does not go through#
- Withdrawable can be smaller than your total balance — it shows what you can take out now.
- Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; complete it first, as explained in withdrawal after a bonus.
- Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and rises with your VIP level.
- Wager your deposit once and the withdrawal goes out free of commission.

Net Banking, IMPS or NEFT?#
| If you want | Pick |

A Weekly Pass starts from ₹300 and is worth up to 160% of its price over 7 days.
