1GO Plus PayZapp: Recharge from the HDFC Bank App and Withdraw

PayZapp, the HDFC Bank payments app, is one of the ways to recharge 1GO Plus from India. Pick PayZapp in the cashier, enter the amount and confirm the payment in the app; your balance and first-deposit bonus are added automatically, and the amount and options available to you appear in your own cashier. If PayZapp shows the debit while the order is waiting, the payment number from its history, with Submit UTR or a screenshot in a Payment Ticket, settles it. Winnings go to your UPI ID or bank account (account number plus IFSC) and usually land in about 5 minutes. Every other option is in all payment methods.

How to recharge 1GO Plus with PayZapp#

1. Tap the + next to your balance to open Deposit.
2. Under Method, choose PayZapp.
3. Enter the amount shown for you in the cashier.
4. Confirm the payment in the PayZapp app.

The deposit and your first-deposit bonus are credited automatically.

Pay from a PayZapp account in your own name#

Pay from the PayZapp account in your own name, matching your 1GO Plus profile. A matching name keeps the deposit and any later verification simple.

PayZapp shows the debit but the 1GO Plus order is waiting#

1. Read the status of the order in the cashier and of the payment in PayZapp.
2. Open the payment in PayZapp’s history and find its number.
3. Submit UTR under the matching order, or attach a screenshot of the payment to a Payment Ticket.
4. Still waiting? Send the order ID, the time and the payment number to bonus support.

Which number to use#

UTR is the 12-digit reference every UPI payment receives; the cashier uses it to find your money.

PayZapp shows pending#

One order takes one payment, so wait for the final status before paying again. The Payment Guarantee covers a delayed deposit with compensation of up to 100% of the amount.

Withdraw from 1GO Plus to your bank account or UPI ID#

1. Open Withdraw and choose Add Bank Account (account number and IFSC) or Add UPI Account (name and UPI ID).
2. Enter the details exactly as your bank shows them.
3. Request an amount within Withdrawable and press the withdraw button.

Withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account usually land in about 5 minutes, and a bank sometimes adds processing time. These are the cash-out routes of 1GO Plus for India.

Read your IFSC#

The IFSC is printed in your passbook and cheque book and shown in your bank’s app. For an HDFC Bank account it starts with HDFC0. The Add Bank Account form validates the code, so a typo shows up before the request goes out. More on bank details is in the bank withdrawal guide.

Daily Limitation, Turnover and Withdrawable: when Withdraw is ready#

• Withdrawable is what you can take out now and can be smaller than your total balance.
• Turnover Requirement shows the turnover still open from a bonus; see wagering requirements.
• Daily Limitation is today’s maximum and grows with your VIP level.

Wrong account details#

Edit Bank Account and Edit UPI Account correct a typo before the request goes out.
