Free Cash and Bonus are different money#
Free Cash and Bonus land in the account at the same time, but they behave differently. Keep their labels in mind when you look at the balance, because the total on screen is not the same as the amount you can withdraw. A practical habit: after a recharge, note the deposit amount, the Free Cash line and the Bonus line separately. If one of them is missing later, you know exactly which reward to ask about.
How to read the 5x turnover#
The recharge offer attaches a 5x turnover requirement to its rewards. The offer text does not spell out whether 5x is counted on the rewards alone or on a larger amount, so do not build a withdrawal plan on your own estimate. Use the open turnover figure shown in your account.

Weekly Pass is a different purchase#
A Weekly Pass is bought with a deposit too - ₹300 for Club, ₹1,000 for Gold and ₹5,000 for Elite. But a Pass payment counts toward your VIP deposit progress only, not toward any other deposit event. Plan it as its own purchase with its own daily chests, not as a way to trigger extra recharge rewards.
When the reward does not appear#
